The agricultural product that symbolizes Lamphun Province is the longan, which is why "Longan = Lamphun" is a phrase that is generally well-known.
We carefully select three mango varieties: the Chok Anan variety, known for its rich fiber and delightful flavor, blended with the most fragrant cultivar : Mahachanok , and the Thong Dam variety, celebrated for its deep, beautiful color and smooth texture.
This unique combination not only gives our jam a distinctive appearance and taste, but also imbues it with positive meanings through the names of the mango varieties, making it an ideal gift for special occasions.

undergoes a two-step process: baking and drying. This ensures both cleanliness and safety, free from chemical contamination, effectively solving the common issues and shortcomings found in dried longan products available in the market today.
The drying process involves peeling and removing the seeds before drying the fruit. As the fresh fruit is dried by gradually reducing moisture without the use of high temperatures, preservatives and anti-fungal agents (sodium metabisulfite) are necessary. However, this poses a risk of contamination and can be harmful to consumers if manufacturers fail to properly regulate the quantity used in accordance with legal standards.
There is a risk of mold growth if the longan inside is not properly dried.
This process involves peeling only the flesh from dried longan with cracked shells, resulting in the flesh being dirty and contaminated. The drying method uses whole longan fruits with their shells, processed in large batches (1-2 tons at a time) at a relatively low temperature in large containers, making it difficult to maintain cleanliness. There may also be instances where the drying takes place in open areas.

We remove the peel and seeds after the baking and then dry only the longan flesh, allowing us to better control the moisture content of the dried fruit.
Wash the longan thoroughly before placing them into a clean, bake in the oven before drying. This ensures the fruit is properly sterilized, guaranteeing cleanliness and preventing contamination.
